Terms of Service
1. Business & Service Entity
Murugan Photography operates as a professional freelance studio & sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
2. Bookings & Date Reservations
Dates are reserved only upon payment of an agreed advance retainer fee. Event coverage schedules must be finalized prior to the event date.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All photos, videos, and artistic assets captured remain the intellectual copyright of Murugan Photography. Clients receive personal usage and printing rights for delivered media.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Advance Retainer Policy
The initial booking advance reserves our camera crew and gear specifically for your date, making it non-refundable in the event of client-initiated cancellations.
2. Client Cancellations
If an event is canceled at least 30 days in advance, any additional payments made over and above the initial non-refundable deposit will be refunded in full.
3. Rescheduling
Event dates may be rescheduled free of charge subject to studio schedule availability on the newly requested dates.
Payment Methods & Media Delivery Policy
1. Accepted Payment Modes
To keep services simple and transparent, we accept the following payment options:
- Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- UPI Payment Modes (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm / BHIM to +91 87919 73309)
- In-Person Cash Settlement at Studio / Location
Note: Payments are accepted directly. We do not process transactions through automatic online payment gateways.
2. Digital & Physical Deliverables
Edited digital photo galleries are delivered via private cloud download links within 3–4 weeks post-event. Printed albums or USB drives are dispatched via registered domestic courier services within 15 days of album layout approval.
